Brandenburg's businesses can only thrive if they have qualified specialists who enable both innovative and productive economic development.
We share this opinion of the Brandenburg Economic Development Agency (WFBB) and have therefore accepted the WFBB's invitation to a conference entitled "Wanted, found and still employed? How to achieve sustainable success in international specialist recruitment?" at the Brandenburg State Chancellery in Potsdam.
We were able to listen to an interesting panel discussion on these topics with very experienced representatives of some Brandenburg companies and, above all, draw some conclusions for our further development in Brandenburg and Germany. We will certainly stay in contact with the WFBB representatives and look forward to their further support.
Afterwards, we were able to meet personally with the Managing Director and spokesperson of the WFBB, Dr. Steffen Kammradt, and discuss, among other things, the deficits in housing construction in Brandenburg and the existing funding programmes and possibilities for cooperation between construction companies and municipalities and districts in Brandenburg. It was a very insightful and interesting conversation. We believe that interesting development prospects are also opening up for Firmenkoop in Brandenburg in this area.
